Pet-Friendly Policy
If you are traveling with furry family members, three of our four hotels are pet-friendly and prepared to accommodate all the members in your family. We care about the safety of your companions during potentially dangerous conditions, so even if you want to head out into the city of Asheville for a day of escape, our team will diligently look after your beloved pet.
Dining
Our dining accommodations are also customizable for your preferences. At Hampton Inn Biltmore Village and Residence Inn Biltmore, breakfast is plentiful and complimentary for all of your family’s needs. With fully-equipped kitchens at Residence Inn, maintain a sense of routine by preparing a home-cooked meal.
At DoubleTree Asheville-Biltmore, breakfast is offered in the Ducker Tea Room, room service is available all day, and for lunch or dinner, you are welcome to visit our on-site TGI Fridays. Our other full-service hotel, Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, also offers room service as well as our signature on-site restaurant, Roux.
If these dining options aren’t exactly what you desire, our hotels are in close proximity to plenty of other local establishments. Whether in Biltmore Village or Biltmore Park, there are diverse restaurants of all flavors available just steps away. If you are still in search of something different, guests at DoubleTree and Hampton Inn are welcome to take advantage of the Sweet Ride Shuttle, which transports guests to Downtown Asheville for just a small round-trip fee. Whatever it is that you need, it is our priority that you are accommodated.
