Hilton Asheville Honored with AAA Four Diamond Award

Hilton Asheville Honored with AAA Four Diamond Award

Asheville, N.C. (February 13, 2019) AAA Carolinas recognized Hilton Asheville with the prestigious Four Diamond Award for the ninth year running. This property, part of the locally-owned Biltmore Farms collection, is one of only 9 locations selected in the Asheville area for the Four Diamond award that is based on a comprehensive, on-site professional hotel and restaurant evaluation guided by AAA member priorities. David E. Parsons, president and CEO of AAA Carolinas, says hotels and restaurants that receive the award are recognized for providing “guests with a memorable experience and attentive service in comfortable, high quality surroundings.”

Hilton’s General Manager Stan Turner says, “We are honored to receive this award. Our guest’s comfort is our team’s top priority when we show up for work each day. Receiving this recognition from AAA is tremendously gratifying.” Turner goes on to say, “While we are excited about the award, our team does not like to look backwards. The most important thing this recognition provides is inspiration for moving forward, seeking new ways to exceed our guests’ expectations so that we can earn this recognition for the next 20 years and beyond!” To this end, the hotel will be launching a major renovation of guest, meeting and public spaces at the end of 2019; expanding the ways it will meet and exceed both the corporate and leisure traveler’s needs.

In addition to luxury accommodations, the Hilton Asheville offers an on-site restaurant and bar, Roux, that features the freshest of local ingredients served in Southern gourmet style, along with local craft beers and an extensive wine list. This food and beverage experience is open to hotel guests and local residents alike, giving travelers a taste of Asheville before ever stepping out of the hotel lobby, undoubtedly contributing to the AAA inspector’s experience and meeting AAA’s extremely selective criteria.
